Application

Hot Press On (HPO) 
Pre-press garment for 5 seconds. Medium pressure for 10-15 seconds at 315° F. Must be sewn after application with a zigzag stitch to prevent fraying. 

Pressure Sensitive (PSA)
Pre-press garment for 5 seconds. Peel paper backing and stick on. Must be sewn after application with a zigzag stitch to prevent fraying.
